Using Threshold
 
Blending Photos

In this picture I started off with the white flowers in the corner of the picture by cutting them from another photo and setting it to the side. Then I cut out the butterfly from another photo, copied it, and dragged it onto the picture of the white flowers. Next, I took the copied and pasted image and desaturated the photo making it black and white. From there I found another picture a flower and decided I wanted to make that the center of the picture and blended the combined picture of the butterfly and the white flowers onto the background picture of the flower. From then I started playing around with the color and layer blends to create the final  photo above.
